Are we set to withdraw all combat troops by the end of THIS summer?

Does it look like Allawi or Maliki will be Prime Minister after the last election? Who will be better for Iraq now?

Withdrawing troops=horribly bloody Iraqi civil war followed by new terrorist supporting dictatorship
 
Bush in charge = Liberals calling for war crimes charges and demanding end the war and bring home troops immediately, fuck the Iraqis.

Obama in charge = War is fine, can't end it because it would end with bloodshed. Save the Iraqis.
 
it has been so long that this seems ok to me now. just leave and use air strikes if we need them. fuck that country and fuck afghanistan. we gave them a chance to rebuild and form a decent country, they have failed to use that chance
 
it's true. we took out their retarded leader, and gave them the chance to do whatever they wanted. they definitely wasted it, and we're just wasting our time with a bunch of primitive animals.
 
That's the risk we'll always face when withdrawing the troops. How long do you want them to be stationed there? Forever?
 
Just long enough so that Coca_Cola and others can set up their franchisees with a bottling plant and a distribution system.
 
then we should have been out of there in 2007. There's been a Coke and a Pepsi plant there for awhile.
 
I was speaking in generalities. Someone has not set up their distribution chain yet. Maybe Jenny Craig, or Schwan's. Speaking of Schwan's, How are you set up for tomorrow? Big day! Need some extra meat? maybe some corn?

Keep our bases there, don't allow any "locals" on base, set up a 1000 yard "dead mans land" with a fence that says in all Middle Eastern languages, "If you cross this fence, you WILL die ... regardless if you are a man, woman, or child", and mine the fuck out of it.
