As I said in another topic about ipt in the past, I think that ipt is a good tracker. Great for anyone new to the world of bt and a good one to everyone else. There is no way it is better than tl though. Tl has probably (along with sct) the best archive there is. All sorts of old torrents, great packs (from movies and anime to anything you may thing). The retro category is something very nice as well as only a few of this stuff can be found in other trackers. The speeds are always great and it is really easy to seed back to. Speeds in ipt are almost equally good (although not always) and it is just as easy to seed back to. And sure, tl may have ads but ipt has a few banners asking to donate constantly which is a bit annoying. To sum up, both trackers are useful for a bt user but tl is better than ipt in pretty much every aspect. Not by far, but still better!
 
If you have a problem with the wait times at tl you should stick to non ratio sites because the wait time is nothing.

IPT is good but I dont like how the uploaders find the need to put their name at the end of a scene release like its theirs. Then they add like a 3 page description of how the aud/vid quality is so great there might as well be ads. Makes the site look like a public tracker the way they do that. imo
 
One of the easiest trackers to seed. It's nice to know you can buffer your account even with a cheap seedbox and you dont have to keep checking for torrents as soon as they are announced. I cant get past the wait time for TL. I will donate for VIP there, but it shouldn't be because i have to.

Just snatch Avatar from somewhere else and seed it on TL,you ll easily get ~8-9 GB upload :)

then sort by Leechers.

I think you can easily seed on those torrents and like above torrent, there are other 70-80 freeleech torrents which have way too high leechers then seeders ;)
 
TL is better than IPT, that`s for sure, but IPT is a pretty good tracker itself, too bad that it`s users don`t appreciate it and so many of them cheat over there.

Well, that really is just a matter of opinion. As for the cheating, I really don't know about it. All that I read over there is them cracking down on hit'n'runners. Nothing about cheating.

But you are correct that most IPT members do not appreciate the site. It's a shame. In the giveaway section all you see is asses handing out IPT invites like they're nothing. Saying things like "just ask", "no screens needed". They don't give a fuck who they invite, they just want that rep point.

You never see TL members handing out invites like that. And that's strange since both sites are basically the same. Except one has about ten thousand more torrents than the other. I guess it's the popularity of TL that makes TL members be more cautious with their invites than IPT invites? I mean come on even with IPT invites being as abundant as they are, people still shouldn't hand one to every trader, cheater, scammer, or douchebag that asks for one.
