IPPP problems????

On my BB pearl/8100 I have a couple of apps that will not work eventhough i have the internet with my phone. whenever I try to log into any IM or Facebook it always comes back with an error. I know it has something to do with my ippp how do i get one or can i download it anywhere..... thanks
 
have you set up your tcp/apn?

with T-Mobile go to options, advanced options, tcp - in apn: you need wap.voicestream.com. Leave username and password blank. This might solve your problem.
 
oh well i tried that... nothing changed umm I have also had a problem with my host routing table if that makes a difference, so theres my ippp and hrt that are not properly working. thanks
