I was on my Ipod touch today and all of a sudden, when I was playing a song, the volume was not moving (No, I don't have volume lock on it) it would increase and decrease when I slide it back and forth but it would stay in the same place (the middle) tell me how to fix this please? can I restore or restart it to fix the problem? Do I have to send it in for repair? I just got this brand new factory sealed 3 days ago and I barely started using it today. please help me.
