I synced my photos to my ipod and all the default photos were somehow deleted. Can someone tell me where or how i can get them back?

i'm sorry to tell that you cannot get them back. 
once you sync your photos to your ipod, the pictures that are in your ipod would be erased and replaced by the photos you just sync.
