ipod touch 16GB or nokia c6 with 16GB card?

i currently own an ipod nano 4GB and an E51......but now, i want to a change my phone and i am thinking whether i should buy a nokia C6 with 16GB card or an itouch 16GB with a cheap phone.....my nano's sound quality is far better than my E51.......so now, m torn as i noe tht ipods have excellent sound quality but will the C6s will be at par with it???i use sony MDR-EX57 headphones......pls advise.......big dilemma....thks
