Ipod nano/apple frozen? need help!!?

ive only just this minuite unplugged my ipod from my speakers, i went to plug it into my computer to charge and it has completely frozen, its stuck on the 1 song and im not able 2 do anything with it??

Hold down the center and menu button until the screen turns off.

Ohhhh this has happened to me many many times.
Hold down the play button for up to 10 seconds and if it doesn't turn off switch the hold button off,on,off and then hold in the middle button and menu button together until the apple logo appears in the middle of the screen. should work.
sorry if it doesn't.

Press and hold the play button and the button in the middle together...this should sort it...if not bring it back to the shop
