My mom and I are going on a road trip soon, and we want to use my 30GB iPod for tunes. The thing is... we're both n00bs when it comes to iPod-to-car connections.
I started with looking at standard iPod-to-aux input devices. I've looked for the aux input on the 2008 Corolla, but wasn't able to find it (I've yet to check the owner's manual, but if anyone knows where to find it, I'd appreciate it).
Basically, neither of us have any clue what we're doing. I can't find the aux input (if there is one), and I can't find any legitimate-looking connectors for under $75. There's no way such a simple device costs so much... right?
I don't know -- should I just go to RadioShack or something?
