iphone3g no service after ultrasn0w

hello

i have iphone3g

i restore it with 3.1.3 ipsw.

jailbrake with redsn0w4.

unlock with ultrasn0w with wifi method

after unlock phone searching for network and show NO SERVICE .

i think its hardwaer problem

any one plz help me for this

if software section ok,open your device,may b turbo sim inside.
chek and post results
i had faced this problem many times
