I am looking at getting a new ipod. Here is my dilemma... I want internet access everywhere, but I cannot get that with a regular ipod touch. I was wondering if 1.) you can buy an iphone and just have the data plan activated, and 2.) if yes, how much the iphone's price would be affected since I wouldn't have a full phone plan. ----- Here is the deal on the whole situation... Everyone around here has verizon wireless cell service and most are just waiting to see if an iphone will be coming out for verizon, but I am out of contract and I might want to activate the phone portion of the iphone if I can go this route within the next few months on ATT, depending on my current service plan and rates. With that in the back of my mind, I would not want to buy a super expensive ipod touch if I was going to be wanting iphone complete service. Sorry if this is long, but I would like to explain the situation as much as possible. I would not mind paying the $35-$40 a month it would be for 3g internet access on the iphone. ----- Thank you for your responses and time.
