iPhone use in car? But no mp3/aux jack? Please help.?

Hi i have an iPhone 3G and would like to listen to it in my car, using my car's speakers.
The thing is... my car doesn't have a mp3/aux jack.
What can I get to listen to my iPhone 3G in my car?
Could it be possible find an item that also charges my phone?
 
my friend's car is like that and he has to use something that goes into his cigarette lighter thing in his car (sorry i dont know exactly what it is)... he said he got it from walmart so im sure u can call up there or any electronic store like radio shack and find out.

Yes. As a matter of fact there is.
You will most likely have to order it on the internet though, unless you can find it at Best Buy or something.

It's kinda pricey, but I think It's worth it.
I used to have an older iPhone and I was always having to bring my house charger everywhere I went because I was always texting.
So I know where your coming from with this one.
