iPhone stolen - need AT&T phone to finish out contract - suggestions?

My iPhone 3GS was stolen and we are 6 months from end of contract and have not decided whether we will stay with AT&T or switch to Verizon -- so I do not want to renew and get another iPhone from AT&T at present.

I need a suggestion of a touchscreen smartphone that would have similar iPhone features (web browsing, etc) that would get me through the next 6 months. Something that I can pickup off of eBay for ~$100. How much are new sim cards anyway?
