iPhone question...

I've been using EDGE for web browsing for 3 years now. I still use it because I'm temporarily living outside 3G coverage. EDGE is slowness. Granted, it can sustain higher transfer rates than dialup, but loading web pages really does feel like a dialup connection, unless you're using a browser that's already cached most of your content or is downscaling it on the server side (like Opera Mini)

I'd be curious to see if it's the phone or Cingular's network... do you have any friends with Cingular/AT&T to compare in that area? I've wondered how solid the radio module is on the iPhone.

what is this shit? first thing is, ima old school g, ok? you knew that when you came and got me out of softball. alright? thats all baby, and i must put my damn cowboy boots back down and finish eatin my god damn food and you need to step off with that bullshit, motherfucker. if you dont put my shit down, we got fuckin issues. as of tonight, you need to pack your shit. whyd you have to get in my fuckin business? you need to pack your SHIT

I hear the iPhone has been spotty for a lot of people but it has definitely improved in the two days I've had the phone which is why I haven't returned it yet. AT&T told many people that the whole initiation process has pounded their network; I don't know how much truth there is to that however.

all the plans include unlimited data.

ill wait for the second generation of this phone though.

no but it seems like it would be nice to have the option when it is available, more and more stores and restaurants are offering them now. plus the music storage and everything else, the iphone doesnt sound like too bad of a deal.

So great, then the iPhone isn't for you. Personally, I love having a nearly full-functioning web browser and apparently so do a lot of other phone users.

And I use my iPhone for work too. My Outlook calendar and email are synced up.
