i was looking over questions about the iphone, and one asked how to unlock it, and this was the answer
"Press and hold both power and home button. The phone will turn off, (DONT LET GO YET)... wait for it to turn back on, once it has let go of the power button, continue to hold down the home button until the itunes and wire picture pop up. Now let go and plug it into your computer. Ignore iTunes if it comes up, open ZiPhone (the link i posted above)
check the following boxes: unlock, activate, (jailbreak if you want to) and debug.
Click run.
Wait for it to do its thing (you will see alot of white text on your phone... ) When its done it will restart your phone and your done. Enjoy."
what does debug mean... in this case?
