Iphone problem im doomed help me!! please i beg of u? please? help me?

i have a problem in my iphone it opens music by itself (it open random music songs by itself) and voice control always pops up it pops up so many times i cant use the iphone and i sit in my living room and then it opens music by itself i wrote that i doomed and i beg of u to help me u may not know what so important but its something private please help i dont press home button long it pop up by itself just saying and im too scared to restore if there is option in the iphone that restore all iphone settings but im scared that if i do it my iphone will get locked isnt there any solution except restoring? btw the iphone is 3gs 16gb i also tryed to turn the phone off and on it wont help.
