Iphone or ipod touch?

ok im young so yea i want an ipod touch but my mom and dad seen the price of $195 and they said "No"...so i was gonna save my money and buy it myself..,heres the problem i want and ipod touch but it costs alot.....but on apple.com i seen that and iphone is $99...so i was jus wondering could i get a iphone without a plan and still pay $99.....i dont want to use the phone service on the iphone i just want the camera part and the ipod part...
 
I'm pretty sure that's not possible. You have to pay for the plan once you buy an iPhone. Maybe you could surf through the web and see if there are any good offers for an iPod touch.
