I have both a wall charger AND a USB charger..A while ago I had no choice but to let my iPhone's battery completely die out(I only had one charger at the time). So I got a brand new wall charger and a brand new USB charger, I tried both chargers on my other iPod to make sure it works, and both of the chargers work fine on my other one.. Usually something on my computer pops up when an iPod is charging indicated that it's plugged in and what not, it used to do that for my iphone but not anymore(it still does that with my other ipod). I've tried holding down the home button and the power button and all it does is have a battery with a red line at the bottom and it shows an outlet pointing to a lightning bolt under it.
I do NOT have itunes installed, and I don't want to install it.
