Iphone Lite on Verizon?

I've heard rumors of Verizon getting a iphone lite this year. I was just wondering if anybody has any further info. on this and/or upcoming Verizon phones. i.e. Palm Pre

I'm unable to post links, but google iphone lite on verizon and you will have plenty of articles. Plus, when I was talking to a Verizon Rep. she said that she thinks that it will be out in the later part of 09.
 
The Verizon Rep should plead insanity when she gets fired from her job :smart:.

I HAVE NOT heard anything about this AND neither has anyone at Verizon Wireless. Most of the time, they don't hear about a new launch the day before it's launched. Some stores know a week before it's launched. Even if she DID know, she cannot disclose that information.
 
I'm sure somebody at Verizon knows something, and whats stopping her from saying something? I mean who is going to tell on her? Either way, it's been rumored to be coming on Verizon, so I'm wondering if there any other leaks? I need a new phone, so I can get out of this piece of S%$# blackberry. Even Sprint, the worst carrier out there, has the Palm Pre. Where is Verizon's big phone? The Storm????? Hardly.
 
"All calls are monitored and/or recorded for quality purposes". In addition to that, Verizon Call Center representatives aren't lucky enough to have an office to themselves...they share the room with 10-15 other representatives.

The basic representatives, nor their supervisors have access to the information she provided you.

The HTC Touch Pro2 is Verizon's big hit at the moment.

The HTC is Windows based which sucks. I was in the store and was not on the phone with a supervisor. Either way, that's what I was told in the store, and I'm just trying to find out what the future of Verizon's phones are, b/c I hate my BB, and want to get rid of it ASAP.
