iPhone Help! 10 Points!?

I recently got a MacBook Air and I have an iPhone. I have connected my phone to the laptop but not synced the apps yet, is there any way of syncing the apps on my laptop to the phone without deleting my information on the apps? Please help me, I will do the 10 points thing :)
