Iphone Expert Solve my problem of 3g "No service"

i tried this
these steps:

1. Reset Network Settings
and
2. Turn Airplane Mode on, then take out the simcard, turn Airplane Mode off and put it back in.

network come sometimes and phone work well.
but as soon as i change the sim card phone again shows me "no service"
 
Also i wana ask u guys that if i update my iphone 3g to OS 4 than ...will my iphone work very very slowly?? or only slowly?
and can i downgrade it to back 3.1.3 again? without storing shshsh on my pc?
and if no than tell me how to take shshs on Mac os X
 
ok dude i am going to try it to my iphone 3g for " no service" problem

but just wana ask u that is this method is safe??
 
have you open up the phone and check inside to see if any turbo or x-sim was installed where the simcard reader is. if so, just remove it. then everything should work.

if there isn't any of those x-sim installed. then follow the jailbreak properly. if still not working then.

you should check HW instead.
