Yes there is solution.

I have just bought a simcard, called One Sim for all iphone activation, it cost me 10 Euro, I paid 20 Euro to get it to my country.

just search for it here on the forum, use and activated ur iphone with itunes, jailbrake it with spirit, and unlock it!
