I have 3 iphones 3GS here, all with 3.1.3 on 05.12
They are powering on and show the itunes LOGO and the lock sign,
They cant access the menu,
Is it possible to jailbreak this phone with spirit and unlock with ultrasn0w?
remember I dont know what network it is locked to so I dont have the sim
to activate it .... what do I do in this situation? Thanks

Note: The iPhone Dev-Team has not yet released the jailbreak utilities for iOS 4. So those who want to update should wait a little bit. Those on 3.1.3 with the 05.12.01 baseband can install UltraSn0w right now to obtain an unlock.

I guess Jailbreak for 3GS is not yet released because I updated my 3GS to IOS 4 but can not jailbreak it through redsn0w. Redsn0w does not recognise IPSW 4.

Please help how to jailbreak 3GS at 4.0 or even at 3.1.3 bb 05.13.4
 
do we need original sim locked on carrier? or we can use iphone sim activation card and add repo via wifi to cydia\??!!?!?

with this unlock what about those who have new boot and after dead battery they lost their jailbreak
