Yes, but you need to have it jailbroken first!

3.1.3 3G or 3Gs on BB 5.12 jailbroken, just go to Cydia, (wifi needed)
Source ---> Add ----> repo666.ultrasn0w.com

wait till Cydia add this source, click DONE, then install Ultrasn0w from the just installed source.
