iPhone bluetooth pissing me off?

Hi everyone quick question, I have an Iphone 4,iPhone 3G and an Ipad, on a table front of me
I turned the Bluetooth on on all devices and none of them discover each other
Not iPhone to iPhone not iPhone to iPad Whats wrong?
