iPhone acting weird when charged?

When I charge my iPhone, the touch screen does not work properly and also when I am surfing the web. If you have not noticed this before, try plugging in your iPhone then using the web. The magnifying glass dosen't work either. Is anyone else having this problem ? If not then I know to switch and get a new diff. iPhone
