I am under a lot of stress right now (with exams coming up etc etc.) and now my new iPhone adds to my problems. -.-"
Today I downloaded new songs and wanted to sync them into my iPhone. When I plugged in my iPhone, iTunes would not recognize it and the only way to solve it was to restore which i don't want to do because I have a lot of valuable data that i don't want to lose and start over again. So i did some research and found this program called funbox and I used it to remove two files, iTunesDB and iTunesCDB. After removing the files, I synced again and it worked perfectly fine but I had to wait a loooongg time for it to sync all my music, movies, tv shows, and photos again (apps & calender, notes, etc. were still fine). After the sync was done I realized the new songs were not synced in so I synced it again. It said 'syncing iPhone.." but did not add the music. So I ejected the iPhone and plugged it in again. Once I plugged it in, it started syncing but it erased all my songs, videos, photos and is now resyncing them all again. Now i have to wait another 2 hours or so. I'm also noticing that the 'OTHER' section of the memory status is now lower than before (it was 7gb on my first attempt and now its 300 mb) Could anyone tell me what the problem is and what i can do without having to take it to an Apple store or contact them because I have a really busy schedule in the upcoming weeks.
