Hi, I got an iPhone 4 on contract with vodafone about a month ago and immediately ordered a case from apple. My problem is there's a 6 week delivery period, and (being an idiot) I managed to drop the phone and crack the screen already.
Vodafone have offered to ship the phone to their repair centre, and I'm sure they'll fix it for a fee, but I'm curious if anyone has had been offered a replacement, or any other assistance, from apple?
