iphone 3gs unlock

i have iphone 3gs for unlocking, the customer came with version 4.0 with cydia already installed I dont know he did it. the nest thing I did was to run repo666.ultrasnow on it, after this, the phone rebooted and came up in recovery mode, I quickly activated it with original sim but each time I run ultrasnow it automatically to back to recovery mode.
pls do u have any solution to this? without restoring it, because of the follow come Cydia.

sorry, not recovry mode because I could see network, emergency call dial and USB cable showing.
 
then use orignal sim to active ur iphone then save ur shsh in saurik server then try to unlock ur iphone thnkss again
