Iphone 3gs sw 3.0 can

Hi, I have one 3gs, originally working in sw3.0 I tried to unlock via yellowsnow but the cydia crashes and now the phone is in recovery mode, I tried with irecover but, nothing.

Now I want to upgrade to any version, the itunes 9.1.1.12 want to upgrade to sw ver 3.1.3 when I accept, show error, (2).

why itunes not offer me, update to another version up? (example ver 4)...

now how can I keep out of this recovery mode? I don

use itunes ver 9.2 and use custome fw 3.1.3

if you have shsh you can flash 3.1.3. now server only flash 4.0.1.

First thing you must do is installing latest itunes(iTunes9.2.061) coz apple closes update via older itunes versions when new ones are released.Download latest firmware for your 3GS that is 4.0.1 at the momment.After installing itunes you'd be able to restore your phone and revive it.
One thing you must consider:Is your phone factory unlocked?If it's not then don't do the things i mentioned above.You must have SHSH backups and i'm sure in your case you don't have it.If it's not factory unlocked you won't be able to unlock and Jailbreak your phone.
