Iphone 3gs picture and video zoom?

I am looking for an app that has the best picture and videos quality when it comes to video and picture zoom the two applications for the iphone 3gs version 3.0 are listed below witch one works better and allows you to take a few minutes or more of video time recording

(1) Pro camera
(2) Camera Plus Pro

Or are there any others applications that have better picture and video zoom quality
