iphone 3gs no sound when making calls

set water damaged,after cleans phone working fine except no sound as in headset,mic,earpieces or speaker when making calls,incoming calls phone ringing so not the speaker or earpieces problems,most probably hardware faulty.
Anyone have experiencing this fault?

it must be from power supply control ic smp3i(infinion).

please check it for liquid damage.
 
the apple chip are glued,don't think is spoil.may it be the surrounding ?no physical sign of damage on that parts.
 
just change the speaker cable unit 1000% working the which connects speaker to board in a touch just change it
 
Make sure the mute switch is not set to off. Sometimes we forget simple things and search at the wrong place. Just and idea more.
 
not all the above mention logic device ,test the board on a working set still no earpieces,mic or speaker sound when making calls,but can play out songs?

when restore from itunes ,it never congratulate about sim activation,only the set shows device are activated.

could it be software problems?
 
I had these problem before. I changed the complete display assembly and the sound from the earpiece started working...i dont know why.
 
Ear piece strip Mounted together with LCD ,as mention I had try on a complete working set,is the main board problems.
All speakers and earpiece line not broken or under value.
Some chips are control audio ,don't know which?
 
ya its with display but only u can change the Ear piece strip u can open very easyly ... but b carefull
 
As mention before I had transfer the problems board on a working set using its LCD n back piece,but still the same.
