iPHONE 3GS NEW PROBLEM ?

iphone 3gs (3.1.3) after unlock setting option not working(cant go in setting manu) ,only blink once.All other manu working fine.

Save your shsh with umbrella , and get again restore with itunes!
also you need an activation card after restoring your iphone!
