Iphone 3gs new boot disabled! call itunes

Greetings,

I have an iphone 3gs 32 GB a disabled message appears on startup, version is 3.1.3 with new boot, could anyone please give me the right procedure to get rid of this disabled message? i have tried searching but this forum is a mess, lots of threads and i'm so confused, please tell me how to remove this message step by step and what do i need exactly.

Bro Only Solution Restore U Can Restore To 3.1.3 & 3.1.2 IF U Have SHSH For The Version U Want 2 Restore On It
So Donot Wast U Time About Searching On Remove PassWord Tools It Not Working Tested
