im trying to use the program purplra1n by geohot to jailbreak my iphone 3gs, im going off of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOtck1MM6mE and i get to the point where the program is running. all is see is the connect to i tunes thing, the person dosent pop up. also, i go to the purple rain website, and there is nothing on there but the kid who created it, and a link that says use blackrai1n instead, so, i use blackrain. and i end up having to disconnected my iphone and re-plug it in, restore it, and sync everything back in, which usually takes an hour or so. thanks all.
