So I looked all over the forums and on google and everyone says you can just exchange your iphone for another one. I bought mine at futureshop so I went to futureshop and they said that they can't exchange it because it doesn't affect the performance of the phone? This is a manufacturer's defect, which I told them but they refused and said that it can't be done. I'm really pissed off, this is a $700 phone, and even my 42" HDMI lcd screen doesnt have one spec of dust under the screen and that only costed $500. Considering the price of an iphone, their should be absolutely not defects at all if I'm paying this much, especially per month. What should I do? Should I march back in there tommorow and argue with them again saying it's unnacceptable? Please let me know!
