So in the past I have been able to connect my iPhone 3gs 32GB to my PC and transfers songs and do everything else. However I went to plug in my iPhone today and I get the error message: "USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it." I have tried using the apple support however it has not helped me out at all. Ive restarted my computer, turned my phone off and on, and uninstalled/reinstalled my itunes. Also I don't know if this matters but I have been able to use the USB cord with my iPhone and iPods to a wall charger so it cant be the USB cable right? I really have no idea what else I should try. Anyone know whats going on? Thanks =]
Okay so now I can turn my computer on and my iPhone will register now but when it tries to load my itunes it freezes and wont work. After my first attempt and seeing that iTunes is "not responding" i end program. Then I unplug/replug my iPhone and it gives me the "USB Device Not Recognized" message again. I can restart my computer, and the process repeats.
