Hi, the box cover for my phone 3gs says MC131C/A, I tried all the networks for Canada and none of them work. Can you please help? Thanks.
 
it means you box is not original got from another phone...download this tool and you can see the model

I dont live in India and I really don't have any idea about your market , but in my country its easily available. You just google it for your reference there are lots of online store selling this sim and its not more then $12. Find the link below. Although this post is for advance users as i explained my best but i can't teach all the basics. So please read my posts again.

You say you bought phone from Dubai? From carrier or where? You got original box also? Any idea was it local phone or someones imported phone?
Anyway, it seems you don't have any use for Mauritius carrier IMSI because you bought phone from other country..
