i downgrade ung version tested na yan b4 in 2.xxx days pa di nga lang maddowngrade ang MF & since unlockble na ung 5.13 whats the use of it to save shsh dba)

the logic is, right now we have the tools to unlock all BB FM fr 4.xxx to 5.13
the sole purpose of this thread is to guide others who's having 4.0 on 3gs and want to use it since redsnow & spirit does't support it for JB at the moment
I repeat correct me if I'm wrong spirit & redsn0w0.95xxx doest support iphone 3gs 4.0 maybe in mac via pwnage i donno i'm not a mac user...
 
iphone has SHSH backup in saurik server, impossible to downgrade if you dont have a SHSH backup.
 
can downgrade 3gs os4 for new bootroom? if occured error can we back again in normal?

I signed in on this forums to do one thing and thats to show you guys that this method works!

I updated my firmware to 4.0 and I wanted to go back to 3.1.3. All the steps mentioned here are correct.


Troubleshooting:
error 3### - you need to place the 76.####### gs.apple.com at the host file (check this thread someone mentioned it already)
After doing that --- restore again to 3.1.3 then youll get the RIGHT error which is 1015 i think.

libUSB --- this f'd my laptop up cause I didnt follow the instructions. MAKE SURE you open the libusb INSTALLER using windows xp compatibility mode otherwise youll lose all your drivers (wifi/cd/usb/etc).

Once you install this then do the iReb fix recovery loop and viola! youll be able to recover and activate it in iTunes as 3.1.3

So to all those who said fake! Learn to troubleshoot. Took me hours but I did it
