iphone 3g blacksn0w jailbreak wont turn on after replacing lcd plz help!>!>!????

i have iphone 3g 16gb jailbroken on blacksn0w 0.9.4 i bought it with damaged lcd and got a new lcd screen from ebay. i turned my iphone off and then opened it up and changed the lcd screen and put it all back together now it doesnt wanna turn on. i plug it to charge nothing i plug it into itunes nothing. then wen i plug it into itunes i do the dfu mode and itunes says iphone in revovery mode with a black screen on my iphone and no noise or vibrate from the iphone at all. i try to restore it and it ends up saying error 1601 from itunes... does anyone know wat to doo!?!?!??
