why you are using redsn0w for 3.1,3?

for jailbraking 3g v3.1.3. with redsnow 0.9.4 u must use v3.1.2 firmware.
3.1.3 not allow.
and redsnow 0.9.5 only for v4 and 4.0.1 no another version accept.
so, if ur phone is v3.1.3.than jailbraik it with redsnow 0.9.4 by selecting firmware v3.1.2.
be happy.

oh i see, you don't have orginal sim
ok IF ITS 3G you can do it via redsn0w for the 3.1.3 not ios 4.
Search for {Redsn0w 0.9.4 }

to jailbreak 3G 3.1.3 download Redsn0w 0.9.4 and use FW 3.1.2 i am do mine after downgrade from 4.0 to 3.1.3 , jailbreaked and unlocked

For Jailbreak and UNLOCK iPhone 3G 3.1.3 use redsn0w 0.9.4 ! Then Choose 3.1.2 as firmware.... and use ultrasnOw New version !! its available without wifi !!
