iOS 4 Update from Apple?

Well of course I updated my iPhone 3GS yesterday from this update. I want to know all the features to the new update. Also how and when do I get to use multitasking? I don't understand all the updates. The only updates I understand is folders, zoom on the camera, and the I get to add wallpaper to the app background. What else is there and hw to use them? Thanks for all your answers!
