If you have multiple witnesses, who had no previous relationship with you, testify they pulled you out of the back seat that is strong evidence. It will be even stronger if they saw the other guy behind the wheel.

The state will probably not fingerprint on a misdemeanor case. You could hire an independent expert to do it, but I don't think it would be worth the cost.

I was taken to jail on dui charges after being involved in an accident. I assume the cop thought it was me cause I was the owner of the car. That night I had a D.D who had drove us back. I was in back and let the couple sit in the front. When I awoke from the accident I had been taken to jail as the other 2 went the hospital to get checked out. They were fine. I now have to go to a hearing but have 3 witnesses who were the first on the scene whom are going with to testify on my behalf. One of which pulled me out of the back seat ( they stopped to help). We all 3 were out of the vehicle before the cop came and the cop never questioned those witnesses before letting them go. Im not sure why my d.d didn't come forward but I assume for insurance reasons. After all this went down I went to the couples house to tell them he need to come forward and they moved. Gone! Months have gone by and a few weeks ago got word that he has died do to a drug over dose and the girl is running. They were said to be into pills bad. I no I didn't drive that night cause drinking and driving just INST MY STYLE! I Will not get behind a wheel and drive and had given him my keys before I started drinking, he don't drink. I think they wanted insurance money, pain and suffering, cause she had a broken leg and is a pill addict and don't think he has insurance. Considering I have these witnesses I believe I should be ok, however he's gone and cant tell what really happened kinda scars me. Should I turn my keys over for finger printing? Will what evidence I got hold up? I just don't wanna get in trouble for something didn't do. Thank you for your time.
