invisible bed bugs?

This is driving me crazy. I've been getting bites more frequently lately and I can't determine what it is or where they came from! I think they're bed bugs.

I can't see them and I don't see any sign of them though I did find a soft, brown/white bug under my mattress when I was cleaning it today. It was really tiny. It didn't look like a bed bug (no blood burst/whatever)

It doesn't make sense because we've done everything to prevent them. We had Terminix spray the house. We've change beds and change bedsheets once a week. We've recently washed all the clothing and changed the hangers. We've also sprayed both cars and spray bombed them once.

I bought a steamer for our clothing and bed. We bought bed sheet covers and I had to take antibiotic once (my doctor thought it was an infection) it helped a bit but the bites kept coming.

I feel like there's nothing else we can do.

We're thinking of calling Terminix again. Until then, what can I do about the bites? Are there any other ways to get rid of them?:mad:
 
Are you SURE they are bites and not a skin condition? Sounds like you've been very thorough with eliminating bugs from your environment. Could it be a skin allergy? Don't panic about bug bites until you've been evaluated by a dermatologist. They are very good at knowing whether it's an infection, like a fungus, bites, allergy, or some other skin condition. Do yourself a favor and make an appt. soon.

Yes. They appears all over my body. Sometimes on my arm sometimes on my leg. My daughter seems to have them though she sleeps in a separate room.

I've gone to a dermatologist and he told me to use some anti-itch cream. He even took some blood test in case of infection. They said it was clean.
 
Take everything off your bed. Put it in the dryer on high for at least 10 minutes. (don't have to wash it first).

Make sure your bed isn't touching anything, then put each foot of the bed in a dish of oil.

Presto, your bed is clean and isolated so they can't get back on.
 
I tried it too. They still bite.

Also, our bed touches the ground. I have a dust allergy and when dust builds up under the bed I get really bad attacks. :(
 
I don't know of anyone who has successfully wiped out bed bugs except by moving to a new home and sterilizing everything enroute. Of course, unless you've had proof there are bed bugs, this is probably extreme.
