inversion tables or inversion boots?

i'm debating whether to get the inversion tables or inversion boots.. which one would stretch out the legs and the back the most ??

I have a table and have found good success using it daily for the last 10 months. The problem I have with the boots, is A) you need to have a place to hang from, and B) you better have decent abdominal muscles because you'll be needing them to hoist yourself back up.
 
thanks for the reply . may i ask what brand you used and whether it was effective on lengthening/stretching your legs and spine ?
 
I have a Teeter Hangup F5000 table. As I said in my first reply, I've had great success with it. Prior to using the table daily, I had really bad sciatica in my right leg which was the result of a severely pinched nerve at the L5/S1 level. After about 4 months of using the table, my sciatica was completely gone and has not returned (knocking on wood). I still use the table every morning because I love how it stretches out and decompresses my back.
