intruder tire ???

whats a good brand tire for my 93 intruder 800? i need a front tire and not sure what to buy i was looking online and am a little confused on the size and brand and all that stuff. or is it easier to just go to the dealer and get one? the tire is a mh90-21 56h what ever that means?? i just figured it would be easier for me to buy one on line and take it to a shop and get it mounted. thanks guys

Yup, just going to a shop is easier, as many shops will not mount a tire you did not buy from them. If you want decent cheap tire, get a Dunlop 404 for $50-60. If you want a tire that will last a lot longer and are willing to pay extra, get a Metzeler ME880 for $110-120. Either way, the size you need is a 80/90-21 tube-type. Replace the tube also.

H is the speed rating. As far as I know, a tube's a tube. If you're buying from a reputable store (like SWMoto), the information on tubes should be reliable.

Yup, that's the right tire. You want 2.75-3.00 inch wide, 21 inch tube with a TR-6 valve.
