hi i have suzuki intruder 800 2002 and it been seating in my garage for a month or two and battery is dead how do i charge it this is my first bike and dont know how to remove seat to charge.thank you :ooops::-(

First question: Why would you tack THIS question on the end of an OIL discussion ??

Someone familiar with the Intruder will be along shortly but I suggest that you consider just getting a NEW battery, since you don't know the age or history of the one that is in there now.

Also you should get the charging system checked. A battery store (or a dealer) should do that for you for little or no charge; it only takes a few seconds.

Maybe charging it enough to get it going and then riding it to a battery store would be the best way to go. :bluethum:

How the seat comes off is irrelevant- the battery on an Intruder is not under the seat. It is at the bottom of the bike, right in front of the rear wheel.
