Hi, I'm Arnold from San Diego, CA. I currently have an 06 R6 track bike and a owned a few I4 japanese bikes starting from a 95 CBR900RR, an 01 R1, and a 05 ZX6RR. I'm very excited about the 1098S and glad that they continued the design of the 916/996/998 body lines.

Hello.

I am Chris (Tufduc) from Calgary Canada and i am an avid Duc owner. I have a 1978 900SS that is a wee bit tricked out, a 05 749 Dark and i have just bought a 1098, which i am patiently waiting for its delivery!

Cheers to all

Tufduc

eh! my im jay from jersey. just your typical ducati admirer. you know the cheap kid who rides the 03r6. i love my yzf but the way yamaha has taken to the track i find myself looking elsewhere. and that were the 1098 comes in. i may have to fess the cash up for the 1098s.

Greetings all -- I'm Mark and live in Northeast Ohio. I've been riding for 13 years. An unfortunate get off left me bikeless a few months ago and pi$$ed at the world (First get off-ever). I've only owned I4 Honda sport bikes (4 in all: 600F2, 600F4, and 2 954's (that's an entirely different story of y I had 2)

Always loved the the 916 look, but maintenance and cash were always a concern when considering a Duc -- but now, with the styling cues, performance, and increase maintenance intervals -- the 1098S is my new love

Put the deposit down a few weeks ago-- I get the first 1098 S into my dealer and like a lot of you, I am sucking up as much information about this beautiful bike and getting more and more excited --

Counting the days until I get my hands on it!!!

Hello, hello.

My stable is currently empty, but... well, actually, there is a yamaha vino 50! in there, but...

Anyway, the 1098 will be mine...

Oh yes...

It will be.

My name is Greg, Carson City NV. is home, and I wish summer would come so I could ride. Snow in the yard, sand on the roads, and less than 30 degrees out.
I have four Ducatis, a 996 Mono, 748L, 650 Pantah SL, and a GTL500. They are a blast to ride, all for various reasons. I just bought a new MV Senna, so the 1098 will have to wait for a short while. The TRICOLORE will be my choice, I saw it in LA at the bike show. I'm a patient man, but not having one order yet is killing me!

Hi. My name is Theo and I am an alcoholic

Oops, sorry, wrong forum

I have just ordered my 1098 and I can't wait for it to come in March

I live in West Yorkshire in the UK.

Hey guys. My name is Matt. I'm from Kelowna, B.C., Canada. I've been riding for about 9 years now and I've had mostly R6's. 6 of them in fact. This will be the first and only bike to ever sway me from my R6 obsession.

Just put my order down on a 1098S!! Can't wait...

Hey Folks. My name is Al Leathers and I live in Northern Virginia. Like you, I fell head over heels for the 1098 S and can hardly wait for her to be delivered in Feb/Mar. I have always wanted a Ducati Superbike and the 1098 tipped the scales. Currently I have a much-loved RC51 that I will be selling and will keep my Honda ST1300 for sport-touring. I am 52 and have been riding motorcycles since I was 14 and completed Freddie Spencer's High Performance Riding School at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Great school BTW -

Take care. Be civil in traffic and fast in the corners.
