Interview With morgan stanley for a financial analyst?

pls help ..any idea wt type of qs are asked .there are 3 interviews for 30 min each with 3 managers ..wt should i prepare for ...pls help i really need the job
 
You should definitely do some research on the company. Know what they're about and what services they offer. Also have a good answer for what you want to do, why you want to work there, why you're leaving your current employer, etc. You should also have some good questions prepared for them. One of my standard questions is "how long have you worked here?" then leading to "What do you like best about the company?" Good luck!
