Interview with Cricket

I have an interview with cricket this thursday. Can somebody explain the pay structure, Hourly (average) commission? I would like to go into the interview with eyes wide open. Are they nogotiable? Thank you for your help.
 
An interview for what position? Where? Are you sure its Cricket and not a Dealer?

Does anybody here work for Cricket as a sales person and know what the pay is like. Is is hourly and what is the average...is it commission. Thats all Im interested in.
 
if your good with people and i think after working there for a while i think you can ask or you might be given a differnt pay system, i think what ive heard over here from a rep was that its salary pay but im not sure like 100%
 
It really varies, is always different. Comission on tier levels you gotta hit certain amount of so many "new activations", rate plans higher than 45 etc, or just straight up hourly whatever they feel like doin Lol
 
umm... no

and the hourly should depend on the market they have a COLA. cricket is a pretty good employer from everything i've heard.
 
hourly, no comission but rather a quaterly bonus based on market metrics and personal performance, you need to be good hitting your nurabers, if you dont hit nurabers you are pretty much out of the game.
