Internet Troubles?

Hey thanks Randomwit i had them refresh my account. they said wait 5-10 mins and i waited a longer and tried it. Then Waiting about a hour and tried it again. I *228 and reset my phone and i still get that message.

"Error: Requested content m.google.com/m cannot be accessed. You do not have access to the site.

I was able to go on all these sites before still not sure the problem :crying:

go to wap.cricket.motricity.com and if that site opens, then i bet google will open...and if either of those open, then i'll bet you are not on an unlimited plan...i'll bet you are on a lower plan with the wap added for $5 more per month...if so, then you should just upgrade to the $45 unlimited plan and that will fix ya...

enjoy.

Hey Randomwit I dont know why it worked before, but i realize it may be because im using Jump Mobile? Are there maybe different settings i should have or interenet isnt available with it anymore.

I Am Having The Same Problems With My Internet. Been Having It For Almost A Week. Im In The Memphis Area. It Keeps Saying Wrong User Name Or Password. I Keep Going To Settings Then Connections And Putting My 10 Digit Nuraber And Mycricket.com Then I Put Cricket In The Pass Word And Try To Log On And The Same Message Keeps Popping Up. When I Go Back To Settings And Click Edit When It Gets To The Username And Password And Domain Where I Typed Cricket In The Password Area The **** Are Longer Than The Word Cricket. Ive Done 2 Hard Resets And Nothing Works!!! This Is Driving Me Crazy. Ive Had My Phone Which Is The Htc Touch Since July And Havent Had Any Problems Till Now

Kloudrobs,
Your problem is that WAP IS NOT ON YOU'RE PLAN.
You're internet is working just fine... You are able to access the home page which means it makes a connection. You need to get ahold of jump and have them ADD WAP.. Or got to mail on the home page then click gmail. It will ask you to purchess wap for $5.00 dollars a month..

WEATHER it was working before or not this is you're problem.

You should really stop capping the begining of all the worRAB. This is bad habit and now we can not tell if you are putting cricket or Cricket in for the password...
On top of that the username is not 10Digit#Andmycricket.com it is 10digit#@mycricket.com
You probably typing you're username and password incorrectly.

sorry i didnt realize i was actually using ALL caps and not just the first letters.... i was putting in [email protected] for the user name and cricket for the password.....like i said if i go back to edit the password looks like this **************** which is to long to be cricket. so yes i am typing in the right info just dont know y its not keeping it the way it is??
